Wading River Baptist Church exists to fulfill our Lord's purpose for the New Testament church.  We want to honor our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  We want to make known the Gospel to the community of Wading River, to the surrounding communities of eastern Long Island, to the state and the nation of which we are citizens, and in obedience to the Great Commission issued by the Lord Jesus Christ to His church.  We strive to build the local body of believers until they reach the stature of physical maturity, fruitful service, and mutual love through the faithful teaching of sound biblical doctrine.
